How can you resist??

It's hard to top the pure joy, enthusiasm and trust of a child. They look up to you, literally, arms extended, full of trust. They laugh at nothing, everything. They come up with the funniest phrases. "You're driving me nuts," says 2-year-old Daniel while I sing the verses of Old McDonald 'out of order'. I guess the cow comes after the horse??

And occasionally there's that fit of anger, hunger or tiredness. But that's not what I dwell on. I loved my visit home and seeing all the little ones as well as the big ones.
